Is voluntary and at your own risk. By using our Services and relying on any content labelled as 'Use at Your Own Risk,' you assume all associated risks. Prior to engaging in fitness challenges, consult with healthcare professionals. We disclaim responsibility for any health issues or damages arising from the use of our Services.

You acknowledge that running and walking activities involve inherent risks and assert that you are physically fit to participate safely. We are not liable for any injuries or health complications that may arise from your participation.

2. Coaching Services 
​Any coaching or guidance provided through Rundust is for personal development and mindfulness purposes only. Our coaches do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Any action taken based on coaching is at your own risk.

3. Purchases and Payments
All purchases of merchandise, coaching, or digital content must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are granted at Rundust’s discretion, except where legally required.

Unauthorized use of payment methods or fraudulent transactions will result in legal action.

4. Products and Services
We offer coaching, products, and resources related to mindfulness, running, fitness, and well-being.

All transactions made through our website are subject to our acceptance and availability of stock.

Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

You must accept these Terms to receive any Services, including participation in fitness challenges. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and Rundust. If you use the Services as part of an organization or group, an authorized representative must agree to these Terms, and the organization is responsible for ensuring compliance.

5. Community Guidelines
​Our Facebook community and social platforms are spaces for support and encouragement. We expect all members to behave respectfully and responsibly.

Any form of harassment, abuse, or violation of community standards will result in removal.

Community and team administrators must ensure compliance and actively monitor content.

Participants under 18 require guardian permission.

Information about members may not be disclosed or sold.

6. Intellectual Property
​The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services and Rundust content.

Rundust is not liable for customers’ failure to redeem codes or complete challenges before expiration dates.

Rundust provides information, software, products, services, and content ‘as is’ without warranties. We do not guarantee that Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Rundust’s maximum aggregate liability to you will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Rundust in the 12 months prior to the claim or GBP £80. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
