You cannot assign, delegate, or transfer these Terms without Rundust’s prior written consent. Any attempt to do so without consent is null. However, Rundust © may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
Subject to the foregoing, these Terms bind and benefit both parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
If you are subject to sanctions or legal restrictions preventing us from providing Services, you cannot purchase products or services from Rundust ©.
Notices or communications from Rundust © under these Terms will be provided via email or posted on the Services. The date of receipt is when such notice is transmitted or posted.
The terms ‘includes’ and ‘including’ in these Terms mean ‘including without limitation.’
Nothing expressed or implied in these Terms constitutes either party as the partner, agent, or joint venturer of the other party.
Rundust’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not waive that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Rundust ©. The exercise of remedies under these Terms does not prejudice other available remedies.
