I’ve faced my own battles with health scares, accidents, and personal losses that could have broken me. But here I stand, stronger and united with others who share my journey through mindful movement, which has been our guiding light through the darkest nights.

My path has shown me that adversity isn't a roadblock; it's a detour to a path I might never have found otherwise. It's led me to friendships and experiences that have enriched my life in unexpected ways. My scars are reminders of the resilience that lies within me.

For me, mindfulness was a lifeline thrown during a storm. 

It started as a practice, but quickly became a part of who I am, a source of clarity and energy that no longer requires effort, just presence.

I've tried and tested countless techniques to find peace and presence in the rush of life. Now, I'm here to share them with you. As Rumi, the poet said, "What you seek is seeking you." If you're looking for a way to calm the chaos, mindfulness is a path to clarity.

Personally, ever since I chose to stop living in fear, these are some of the things that make my heart dance:

  • Family love: fills me with energy; they are my safe port and great source of inspiration in everything I do. My gratitude to them goes beyond the power of words!
  • Online business: is something I would do even if I wasn't paid for it. There were times in my businesses where all I got in return was the pain and joy of learning from my mistakes. I am grateful to have found a good use for all the lessons from the past and to be open for the ones that are still to come.
  • Outdoor thrills: and the combination of a slight fear and joy found in new challenges make me feel alive, and I love the sense of accomplishment that comes from completing a difficult challenge.​
  • Fitness: is another treasured passion, the type of thing that always pushes me towards self-improvement and an internal competition with step-by-step growth goals.
  • ​​Lastly but not least comes a deep connection with nature that clears my mind and allows me to appreciate the beautiful world we live in, and to be grateful for all the blessings in my life and the ones around me.
